Reporting - Agents showing Supervisor twice?
I have quite an odd question, I am working with Web Client 5.0 and I am pulling reports via an Microsoft Access Query. When I run the Query for a particular Manager, it shows the rep, but doubles their stats for the day?? Does any one know what would cause this? See example below Timestamp...- Stayley28
