Hi Andrew, We have had issues in the past where one of our vendors had made changes to their website, and we could no longer access it. Turns out that we had to upgrade our browsers to newer version of IE.

Sounds stupid, but I had the same problem last week on 2 different systems. The DLT tapes I had in the drives were both from Unix systems, and once I spit those out, my problems went away.
