Call pilot Dial 0 in a mailbox

I know this must be simple, I just can't find the answer. Can I remove the Recording at the end of my mail box greeting that direct callers to dial 0 for an operator.

    NORSTAR MICS 6.1 Night Mode

Yes the AA is suppose to answer... I did a scan under the ring group and only the pilot extension of voice mail is assigned. This has me baffled.

    NORSTAR MICS 6.1 Night Mode

I recently upgraded a customer from analog Copper lines to a PRI. I assigned the Target Lines to the Night Ring Group. Now when the system is in Nights the caller will hear "That Extension is Unavailable". Then it plays the greeting. Any suggestion on why this is happening.

    Conference Bridge

I upgraded the system before I entered this Thread. I can see the local participants but not the external ones. I am using a PRI as my trunking and created an Inbound route to directly enter the conference bridge.

    Conference Bridge

I have set up a conference bridge on a UCX450, when you dial into the bridge everything works fine. The issue is when I goto manage the conference in the GUI interface, I can not see any of the calls that are calling into the bridge. Any suggestions before I open a ticket.
