Mike, Thank you. I do that, and it shows the first name, blank field typically for middle, and the last name. This is a huge problem, because near as I can tell, ACT! is creating multiple alphabetized lists of contacts (entered correctly) in a single database. I am the only one entering the...- ssss1

alphabetical problem
New ACT! 2007 user: I have been entering people with information under the contact list (First Last) and for the most part, the list is in alphabetical order, but not completely. So I end up with a last name beginning with "c" between last names beginning with "m" and "p". I don't understand...- ssss1
