XML Parsing error when using Earthlink Total Access 2003
Download and install xml parser service pack 3.0 from microsoft here is the link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=B1AD2C0A-8CC6-443B-AB83-F8516C72FAC1 download msxml3sp2Setup.exe at the bottom of the page and that will take care of it.- sreenivasak
