    Would these be the certs that you load on the System Platform? Go Daddy are the certs we've loaded in the past, for the SAL, but we are not using services VM on this LSP. Am I in the right place?

    This is a direct to CM PRI circuit and it's for incoming calls, not outgoing, so i don't think changing the route-pattern will affect this. I think that the carrier is sending this, but they are disputing me on this.
