    Perfect! so simple when you know lol. Going with Callback as we don't want to use Intuity. I think there's only one shortcoming of callback and that is if the user doesn't answer I don't think it retries... and there isn't a way to define a seperate number if one doesn't answer other than...

    Tried Listen and Voice Question followed by Whisper but no luck. I am assuming that it isn't working because once somebody leaves a voicemail and hangs up, the call flow stops there :( Any way around this? At a dead end currently..
