    There is no Mobile Extension SIP client. The client that is made available with ME 1.6 (Symbian / Windows Mobile), is provisioned through the MSL server with ME blade. All done through SMS. The client operates with a data connection based on WiFi / GPRS, voice goes through 3300. Hope this adds.
