Easy one for yas, but i cant find it. Client using windows 2000 and using outlook 2000 ricieves mail, but it takes quite some time. We were thinking the refresh rate is off or something. If anyone could help me by finding this option or a different way to do this, i would be thankful.

Thanx for the replies, we did find out what the problem was after trying to change the normal.dot file. There was a hung up session that needed to be booted. Thanks again for the help.
