Maybe the disk is still rebuilding itself and is not yet back to a normal status. You can check in hte Array Configuration utility or insight Manager on the status of your array.

In IE open the options - advance settings and select Use SSL 2.0 - this is off by default in IE7 and if the web site you are accessing use SSL 2.0 you will not be able to open it.
