Verify that the system programming is on receiver volume=set instead of system.
Swap handsets & cords with a known good one.
If it is on set volume it should stay at that level.
Other than that, do you have the "exact type of set" to swap with that one?

Incorrectly stated. I had CP150 on my mind with the initial 40 MB's.
As per Roldan & brike's info stated, you would want to go with the 150.

They are proposing 40 MB's initially in their quote. They can be added with keycodes for additional MB seats in the future up to 200.

You can put a fax machine on an ATA. When you get the call then transfer it to the fax extension.

You could put a button on the phones & label it "Local"
assign it as an external autodial dialing "9" & directing it to use your line pool "A" dest code.
The users would then just have to dial the 18xx-xxx-xxxx.
