    We want to use it to copy block level backups from our image servers - lots of little files. So, there was no complicated installation? I couldn't image what could take 8 hours to configure. Have you successfully used the product. thanks,

    New Subclient - change storage policy

    I added a subclient - no jobs have run yet. I want to change the Storage Policy associated with the client and can not find an option to do so. The only thing I am able to do is just delete the client. There must be a way to just change the policy associated. thanks

    I just did the same, upgraded an Arcserve from 11.1 to 11.5. The documentation said that it is backward compatible with the 11.1 agent. But my exchange job failed and said could not connect to agent. Support for this is not alot of help and give you the same wrong information. hopefully...

    Upgrade from 11.1 to 11.5 - lost all jobs

    When I upgraded from 11.1 to 11.5, I have to uninstall the old to install the new. And now all of the jobs are gone. The documentation said this information would be retained, as well as the database. Is there a way to get the jobs back, configuration somewhere?
