Hi there TheAceMan1 ... My Customer_ID is an Autonumber and I have now changed cmbPostcode to a text box, I have also had to add another field to the form and table which is a combo box on the form called cmbPreferred_Brand (it says this in the column widths property ..... 2.54cm;1.191cm)...- Sparkyg
