    check www.merakmailserver.com depending on your # of users they have groupware with shared calendars, webmail, tasking, and all that. Should do the trick, even for a small shop.

    Database

    I believe you are looking for the mail store in merak. Even if you are using the database version of meak all email is stored in flat files. By default it will be in the c:\program files\merak\mail\ directory. This will only be different if you made the change in the options directory of merak.
