I see a problem might lie in your LAN IP Schema:
the sonicwall is on 192.168.100.0 /30 subnet and the users are on the 192.168.50.0/24 network. Also what IPs your DHCP SCOPE on the AD Server is giving out. You might have to adjust the range to the subnet...

This error could mean several things:
1. The Global VPN Policy on the Firewall is not enabled (click in the enable box)
2. The WAN IP address of the router changed??? Are you running DHCP???
3. You typed the wrong IP or host name?
review your GlobalVPN Policy and your the gateway...

1. What interface is the Kiwi Syslog Server is Behind?
2. Is the Kiwi Actually listening on 514? (run the telnet (kiwi ip) 514 to check port connectivity)
