    Hi, Probably a simple formula but can't seem to find it. I am looking to identify any cells in a column of data that has less than or more that 15 characters. The field is formated as text. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Shane

    Thanks Guys, Got it working. The mistake i was making was shown in one of those articles where it said that exchange looks through all the routing rules for one that will allow it to relay, even if that particular IT is specifically listed as not being allowed to relay. Thanks for your help...
