    I installed LG DVD burner. It's set as secondary master. Power supply is 420. I have an AMD 1.3 with 1G ram, I removed my CD burner and put in a DVD burner. At that point my computer restarted and I got System disk error. Had to re-install Win2K...Now the system does not shut down, only...

    I have 3 partitions. When I re-install win2000, I only have an option to install over the existing files and it saves all my programs after the task is done. How do I format the drive first and then install Win2000. What do I need as a tool to do this. thanks, softdrink

    I;m reinstalling win 2000 and my c drive is in nfts format. I want to format it as fat32 before I reinstall win 2000. Is the commant "format c /fs:fat32??? ALSO I have 2 other partissions, after reinstallation on win 200, there drives will not be affected right? thanks, softdrink
