I tried a reimage. I loaded a new default.m6b file to the box. However, when I rebooted the switch, it now cycles through and endless loop of reading the image file and then automatically reboots. It is as if the switch recognizes the old image file in a certain memory location even though...
One of our PBX Gateway switches is failing to load the image file during the Boot process. The default.m6d file is erroring out. I am not able to telnet into the box because the Ethernet port does not startup.
Using the console port, I can see the error display during the boot process. If...
I am experiencing the same problem with a MCK PBX Gateway II (24-port). The box powers up and I get connectivity, but after approximately 5-10 minutes, the switch automatically resets itself. There is not an auto-reboot setting either. It seems to be hardware failure. I contacted tech...
I highly recommend Zeacom's Wallboard Solution. In fact, their entire Call Center package has worked great for us. We have been using it in our Call Center since 2002. We are using Browser-based screen pops integrated with their 'Desktop' application. Each agent can view realtime statistics...

I noticed that the Comcast cable TV man installed a two way...

I am not sure where the setting for COR is configured for FEAC. Do you know what command will give me that info?
dmouge:
I typed "ch toll 0" and it shows an 'x' in all columns under CDR FEAC. Is this the setting you are referring to?
Thanks.
