Why don’t you add the user of the valcom page group to your Dial Paging Group . That way when you Use Dial Paging button both should page..

If you don’t have voicemail pro..you could try using a shortcode button toTransfer the call to an AA with no answer disconnect. I know you said you didn’t want to use voicemail..but we assumed you meant Mailboxes. Technically if you want AA the voicemail functions need to be active

Are you actually pulling a fresh config from the system.. You could just be pulling a config from Manager and NOT the from the IPO.

First of all, do your lines send out caller ID for all calls. If your system doesn’t send out the ID then transferring a call externally also won’t send caller ID…

I’m not sure if it’s all changed on 12.. but I normally install the software and select Demo mode..it builds the system as Normal with demo licences so as you can use it for a year…nothing else is required.. Except lines and phones…

Since you have already plugged in a wrong cable for management. Have you connected the expansion unit with the correct cable supplied and into port 1 at the rear of the ipo control unit..for the expansion units.

Assuming you haven’t replaced it try removing it and reinsert it again. Try a reboot of the exp2. Going back A few years ago with this issue I had to recreate the SD card and restore a backup.

And why can’t Sip 2 user dial out from Sip2 trunks Maybe try to allow user to have a different short code to route 911 through the sip 2 Or simply get the service provider to allow the users to dial out.
