Hopefully easy question. Getting the menu to repeat
Thanks for the info. I think I will setup a information box. However it seems odd that Nortel would not have made provisions for repeating the menu...such as a default "press ##" or something. Anyway thanks again Jared- smythro

This may be a very simple question. How do I get the intro menu to repeat itself when using the automated attendant? Scenario: A customer call into the business...get's the menu system, misses an option...how do they get the menu to repeat? thanks in advance- smythro
