    Everytime I try to connect to the internet using my dial-up I always get the error message that the computer I am dialing into will not answer. Is this a problem with my modem, my settings or my internet provider?? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated as I have had this problem...

    Is there any way I can query or filter to find records that may be entered in all caps? Also, is there any way I can query or filter or find/replace records containing the # sign? Traditionally this symbol is recognized as a wildcard.
