Auto hold and call queue problem
I have what you will most likely think is a noobie question , for that I apologize. Here is what I’m trying to do. I have several lines coming into my office and I have the AA pick it up after 2 or 3 rings. The AA would then give the “all operators are busy….” Message then put it on auto hold...- smcarroll

What is the correct pinout on the m12x0
Thank you. I guess I should have phrased the question a little differently. I've maxed out the line capacity on the 0x32 and am adding an additional 12 lines. Once I add the lines into the m12x0 will the 0x32 automatically use these lines once I set the phones to do so? Basically giving me no...- smcarroll

We have a 0x32 with DS cards and I'm trying to add an m12x0 with DS cards. I'm really new to this and have everything setup and ready to go I just need to verify the pin outs. Thank you in advanced for any and all help.- smcarroll
