Hello - can anyone help please?! My office phone gives the message "Terminal Barred" when I try to dial out. it is an Avaya 2030, I tried to contact their helpdesk and they were very UN helpful!! I can still receive calls... any ideas on how to unblock the phone? Changing the passcode does not...
