    After another 3 hours on support on the telco side, found out the protocols were in the router for the PRI was wrong. After adjusting the protocols in the router (PRI) everything worked perfectly. Thanks for your help, this thread can close.

    I went to the provider and they advanced me to a level 2 tier. They have yet to contact me. I will update when I know more.

    I can recieve a fax fine, Sending a fax I am not gettiing a proper hand shake This is over a pri I have caller ID, call wainting and hold calls turned off When it makes a call, you can hear the hand shake and them it drops The fax machine is a dell MFP Laser 3115n
