Hi, Informatica doesn't support CLOB data type. Even if you change the data type in source it doesn't work since informatica is unable to read CLOB data type. So you need to change the CLOB data type at source atleast. -Ajay

Yes u can schedule jobs using Informatica Server manager but if u do not like to use this way also u can use cron utility of Unix to schedule the Batches/Sessions. For this u need to use PMCMD command to be given in the unix shell scripts which crontab is going to call. -Ajay
