Ok got it and DL'd into ePO 3.01 able to send new agent out however, on my test PC that has VSE8.0i, in reporting they show as unprotected. But if I look at them within the tree they show 3.5 installed. Under "Policies" view they show CMA 3.1.1.111 ??????

I would like to use VSE 8.01 with ePO 3.01. We will not roll with ePO 3.5 until begining of next year...Where can I find agent 3.5 without installing ePO3.5?

Thread says it all. Agent v3.1.1 will not auto update. with VSE8.01 on a couple of test PCs. How to allow them to auto update?

We are currently running ePO 3.02 and SLQ 2000 DB on the same box and wish to migrate to ePO 3.5 In this move I would also like to move my DB to a SQL cluster on a standalone box. Can anyone give input to similar moves? Im thinking upgrade to 3.5 then, move DB to SQL cluster. Any reason to keep...

ditto what qtin said. SMS is a Pita from a reporting stance and getting the package built. ePO is much easier to use, and at the rate dat's are being released (3-4 a week) i wouldnt want to advertise each time in SMS, we also use radia but only use it to deploy dats/av in a emergency.

Same thing for me...although it show that my test PC are non compliant which is a false positive. Anybody having luck with this?

I am trying to find contractor PC's - Non managed computers (that will not ePO/threatscan/sYSTEM cOMPLIANCE agent INSTALL) TO VERIFY PRESENCE OF av SOFTWARE. ouR CONTRACTOR ACCREEMENTS REQUIRE THAT av SOFTWARE BE INSTALLED.

How can I add addtional AV Software to be scanned for Threatscan?

Wrong, I have installed on ePO server/console (W2K) and it works fine. Can he validate that? The install doc specifcally says so...Threatscan is bringing back correct data so far... Looking at System Compliance on my XP boxes though...

Nevermind you have to log in ePO reports with ePO authentication first for the reports to show up....doh...

Well, It appears to be the patch_reports.nap that is causing the problem...will need to call support on this.
