    I have been to several Global Knowledge classes and they have all been excellent. I've been to their training facility in Richardson(Dallas), Texas and the one in the L.A. area. I prefer the Texas site (no reflection on the facility or instructors).

    How to do a call trace

    In my shop, we put TRC buttons on our phones. When we get a call from a customer asking to put a feature on their phone, we press the TRACE button on our phone and the TN and DN are printed out on the TTY. This is especially helpful if there are multiple appearances of a DN.
