    we have a few users trying to dial china, but doesn't seem to work. looking thru ipoffice manager - in ARS there is 011XXXXXXXXXXXXXN / feature - dial 3K1 / dial 0N / Line group ID 0 do they need to dial it different? right now its 011 86 188 xxxx xxxx is the number. works on my cell phone...

    just added a new extension, and now when we have a incoming phone call, x0 and her line rings until automated system pics up. i even forwarded 0 to me and the new extension still rings. Anyway to turn that off? 18d phones
