..can be configured on the system page, LDAP tab. There are plenty of other threads on getting this working with AD etc. On the 20x0 handset you then access the contacts from LDAP in the same way as the normal contacts - "Speedial" then "Index- sleazyrob

Push Notes client settings centrally
You could put some lotusscript code in the postopen event of a form and send it to users. That way you can edit ini file settings and location/connection documents. Only problem is it relies on the user reading your email. -
Shared phone book ?
Use the LDAP feature. This way you can store your directory in any product that can provide access via LDAP (Lotus Domino, MS Exchange, Windows Active Directory, Novell stuff, etc etc). The contacts found are then shown on the phones, softconsole, and phone manager.- sleazyrob
