Does anyone know how to add milliseconds to this timer? It displays the time in minutes and seconds but I want to add milliseconds if possible, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to convert it to an mp3 but I still get the chipmunks. These are original wav file specs:
53 mb
uncompressed
8,000 Hz
16 Bit, Mono
I've tried changing thse sample rate to 22050 and 44100 with no success. Maybe the original wav file doesn't have enough data to convert to a mp3?
I think you are correct that its an audio file problem.
