Hi Jim, Just found your message from August 23 2002 to Ken re the phone dialer and the popup call status screen. I have his same problem (no popup screen which enables talk feature) and nothing works. I tried what you suggested and the only time I get a popup is when the called line is busy...- SkipperBill
