No it's defently Adobe Production, that's what the error message is saying. But I think that you might be right, I'll check out Adobe Projector! PS. I'm running XP Pro.

The unit is a Dell Demension E520.It is using windows XP Pro. as the operating system. I have not tried leaving it safe mode for any long period. I'll try that next. Thanks for all your help.
