As i mentioned earlier, I am going through the same thing.
I have already checked under AUTO ATTENDENT PROPERTIES:
1 Return to Auto-Auto-Attendent is not selected.
2 Touch Tone Gate has set to none.
Please help.

CCR Tree option 1 goes to hunt group, if no one picks up then it should go to General voice mail.
I have tried putting overflow to voice mail DN, it is not working. Any thoughts ?
We have BCM400 running on 3.7. We have a small problem, if we call a local extension and if there is no one to attend, it keeps ringing. It should go to the voice mail. However it does go to the voice mail if some one is calling in from outside.
Any thoughts ?
I already have an Exchange 2003 running in house, having mycompany.local domain and mycompany.com as public domain. Email works great.
Is the existing domain created on EmailServer is going to conflict with the new one?
Or will I be able to add another server for example...

Switch Inspector is a piece of software which can help, I used it couple of years back. I am not sure if it works on unmanaged-switch.

New CEO came to our company and wants to change the WORKGROUP to DOMAIN based network. We have a network of one server and about 45 users (workstations) and currently we have setup as WORKGROUP.
We have WIN 2003 ENT Server and workstations are XP Professional and MAC...

I have to do a little research on wireshark. It is capturing so many things, The only thing I need is the SIP VOIP call trace.

Network Setup.
1) Ehternet feed from ISP is connected to our Cisco7206 router.
2) Two interfaces from Cisco7206 are connected to Cisco2960 switch. Both the interfaces have different network/subnets.
3) Three Cisco5400 voip routers are connected to Cisco2960.
4) PC having wireshark...
