I just spoke w/ the tech on this one...interesting details..... There is already an 8410 at the desired location. they are just trying to put a newer set in place...AND the newer set works on a 4 wire....just not on a two wire.....I was confused by the description of this problem before ... now...

I know some of the early sets could hybrid. so .... a set works on a 4 wire card but not on a 2 wire card. Is this a release issue? or just the age of the set? The jacks all test out fine and the set works on the 4 wire card....not the 2 wire kind....unfortunately re wiring at the cabinet is not...
