Hi,
Recently, some staff have reported that when they call internationally from the UK, the +44 country code is not being presented to the end user.
As we are in outer London, the number presented is 0020 which then makes it look like the calls coming from Egypt (code +20).
Is this something...
Hi,
This is probably a very easy question but i'm new to Avaya so have no idea!
Up to now we have all our phones connected through LAN1 on a 192.168.195.x (0/22) network (g/w 192.253).
Due to expansion I want to move some phones to a new network on LAN2, say 10.100.100.x.
I tested this over...
Is it possible to use vbscript to collect outlook configuration details such as default delivery location, connected PST & PAB files and their sizes, etc...?
It would be great to be able to run this in the login script which then dumps the information into excel.
Thanks

One of our shared cluster drives is approaching the 2 TB limit. Ideally, we don't want to split the volume and create another resource as that will mean another drive mapping, and we've done that once already.
Has anyone managed to extend a volume beyond 2 TB?
I've heard that converting the...
Each drive must be the same size or larger.
We recently performed this on an array with 14 drives, upgrading them from 72.8GB to 300GB drives. Each drive took 12 hours to rebuild so it took a long time but we got there in the end.

Why not just replace the 74GB drives with the 146GB drives one at a time, letting the raid controller rebuild the array between each disk change, then expand the array to use the new space.
You should also be able to do this live so no downtime required.

Can anyone recommend a product for single instance storage without having to buy Storage Server and the hardware its embedded on?!
We have a 6TB FAS storage array served by a clustered server 2003 but have a lot of duplicate files.
We're approaching the 2 TB partition limit but could free up...
Howabout setting all mail to be delivered to his exchange mailbox, but then setting a rule ni outlook that when a message arrives 'through the specified account' (personal account), 'move it to the specified folder' (pst file inbox)?

Try adding a new DWORD value of DumpsterAlwaysOn (decimal value of 1) to the registry key HKLM / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Exchange / Client / Options, on the client computer (not server).
Restart Outlook and try again.

DFS was one solution we looked at, but a better one would be SiS to eliminate duplicate files. That way we would reduce the amount of used storage by 820 GB.
Sadly, nowadays, Microsoft only sell Windows Storage server to OEM's for preinstallation on NAS devices which is no good for us having...
Is it possible to extend the partition size beyond 2TB?
We currently have an MSA1000 with two boxes of 300 GB disks giving just over 6 TB of capacity, but are limited to creating just 2 TB partitions.
This is not too bad, but one of the volumes is now approaching 2 TB (again), and splitting...
For some reason we can't seem to be able to get rid of our last 5.5 server from our site.
The problem is that although the PF's and forms are set to replicate to our 2003 servers, if I take the 5.5 server offline, no users are able to view the PF's or select a form.
It's as though this legacy...
