    Maybe a little of topic but... Does anybody know the correct configuration for a D600/JCT-2E1 card to allow it to interface via CAS to an MD110 running BC12? I am using Dialogic System Software 5.1.1 and the interface will be used by Genesys VTO. Thanks in advance!

    If I have an ACD group configured with a group welcome message, but all members are absent and the queue is configured with an overflow destination (via CDINI) will the welcome message be played to the caller before the overflow occurs? Thanks in advance, Stuart

    Please could someone confirm the number of ports on a VSU2 board and what will happen if they are all used when a message is due to be played to a queuing caller? Also, can messages be assigned to PBX hunt groups as well as ACD groups? Thanks in advance, Stuart
