In System Properties -> Advanced - Startup & Recovery, you should set the Write Debugging Information setting to None. You can then set the Page file size as you wish. By default Windows 2000/NT will do a Complete Memory Dump, meaning that you "have" to have more Page File than RAM...- sjimoh
