Ok, so I got by BCM 400 3.7 to push to my FTP server. Now what do I use to look at the zip file, ther are a bunch of Record.date and record.cdr.date, what application should I usee to look at the records?

Well I have a buch, Call pilots, Unified messaging, IP Clients and LAN CTE! I would like to know how many are in use and how many licences do I have left, can I add more users? Is that too much to ask? Stefan

BCM 400, 3.7 Is ther an easy way to see how many licenses are used i.e. report? I can get a report of all my keycodes, however how do I know how many are in use?

I have a BCM 400 3.7. I like to have the ability to dial form Outlook and I can if I purchase a LAN CTE for each user at CD$250 / user! I have about 25 users that would like this feature! Is there a cheeper way? Stefan
