Importing from Premiere Pro to After Effects 6-file extensions!
hey kitten what i did was right clicked in the peoject window in after effects that is and then i chose import/file the in the file type drop down i selected All Acceptable Files then browsed to my premiere pro project file and walla there it is in after effects ready to edit in to motion...- six3sin
