I do have Crystal Report Enterprise 8.0 but i can't figure how to store user and password inside a report. Can you explain better what you mentioned in your msg? thanks a lot!- siwik

Avoid UserId and Password launching rpt from web asp
Do Someone know how to launch a report using Java Engine WITHOUT having to set in clear text the user and the password. I tried the setLogonInfo, but i can't connect on the db which i access easily in other asp page using ADO (with DSN) PLEASE!!!!! I'm on this problem since days! bye- siwik
