    i'm using Win 98 SE. i haven try using DOS. the last time i use it a laptop using the win 2000 OS, and it's ok. I've tried using other USB cables, but it still produce the same results.

    hi, actually i do not know what is the problem i have. i have 2 printers, 1 frm Canon and the other frm HP. after a few months of not using the printers, they couldn't print properly. print jobs will produce junk and onli print half a page for each piece of paper. is it the problem with data...
