Your question is a bit too vague to answer. Be more specific and you may get some answers.

With a call established, press the "-" key to lower the volume on the handset. Then simultaneously press the "+" and the "-" keys. That sets the volume to that level for subsequent use. It's a bit tricky to press them at the same time, but that's how its done.

Do you know if there is a hard coded IP address in the 9006 machine to use? Otherwise how can I access its GUI?

Don't know for sure what the Hicom 340 you reference is, but when connecting to the Hicom 300s using Procomm, it sometimes takes a double hit on the enter key to get the login prompt. Hope that helps.
