This would be very easy to do in EPO. You can create a group in the System tree and sort machines into this group based on IP Address etc. Re-Tag the machines with a temporary tag, then change the On Access policy to disable the On Access Scanner for your install.
If you are using Auto system...
If this is isolated to one server, but works on the other three, I would start by looking to see if there are any obvious differences between them.
Do they all have the same patches installed?
I had a similar issue with some VM macines I was testing. They were clones of original machines connecting to a clone of our EPO server in a test network.
The way I managed to get them to talk back to the EPO server was to delete the following keys in the REG key:
HKLM\Software\Network...
I had a similar issue to this, It seemed that if you told McAfee to update during the install it would hang the machine for ages, so this is what I have done.
We use ZEN do install McAfee during PC builds, so I created an install using the McAfee Installation Designer for 8.7. then use ZEN to...
I would also check domain/group policy as we had an isssue recently with a Citrix server moved into AD and could not RDP to it. A change had to be made to the Domain Policy to allow Administrator rights for remote login.

I am not an expert on Secure Gateway, but in Citrix Web Interface under the manage server farms you can create another server farm and add citrix servers from another farm to this.
You can then grant access to the published apps in the same way, these will then appear in the users web interface...
I would look at Application Isolation Environments. Be careful though - if you want applications to be able to integrate with the install of office they will need to be installed in the same isolation env.
I wa wondering if anyone has had a chance to look at the Rouge System Sensor in EPO4?
I have it installed on our EPO server, but it is not picking up all the subnets correctly, If anyone can give any pointers?
Thanks
Simon.
I have found that if the Citrix Print Manager service is set to use the Ctx_SMA user there are problems. We set it to use the Local System account and all our printers do map accross using the UPD.
You could also use Filemon and Regmon to monitor what happens when the user logs in to see if...
Does the user have local Admin rights on the PC?
I have come accross the problem before where the user does not have rights to download the launch.ica file to the temp internet files dir. and fails.
Hi,
We have recently purchased a number of new Dell Optiplex 755 PC's which have the Intel Pentium Duo Core processors. When we image the PC's with our universal XP image, it does not support the Duo Core processor. In task manager there is only one processor recognised.
Is there any way of...
There is a Terminal Services setting to allow mapping of local drives and printers to terminal services (Citrix Sessions).
Are you using Citrix PS4? This uses the UPD (Universal Print Driver) which will mean that you do not need to install the printer drivers on each of the Citrix servers, it...
Thanks for that, it has given me something to think about, but I only need the script to run if the gateway address is equal to 10.10.10.1 and if it is to remove the default gateway altogether.
Thanks
Simon.
