    Exchange agent is installed cannot see mailboxes under selection

    Try with right click on Exchange server in the selection list and hit Refresh. Mailbox Store should appear. I've same problems with 8.6 and Mailboxes backup is done randomly. When I browse the selections usually cannot see the maiboxx store till I refresh. hope it helps
