Thanks PCmad. I was actually able to sort the issue out by going into Internet Options, Advanced and hit Reset on Internet Explorer Settings; deletes all temp files, disables browser add-ons, and resets all the changed settings. I appreciate your response!! simdlee

Can someone please help.... I have an issue where a client is trying to access "Help Files" in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and then they get a message trying to install MS Project 2000. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
