Guys, I found a temp solution to this. I added the user to the local admin group and the user was able to print HTML emails. I'm in the process of investigating more to see why the user suddenly needs admin rights to print HTML emails.

Thanks bcastner I imported the registry entries but I'm still getting the unknown file type when opening a tiff from IE. It still just gives save and cancel as options. Is there anything else you can think of that could fix this? Thanks.

Saugilsr I'm sorry if I was a bit vague. What I am trying to do is find a way to replicate for example the actual user shares that are manually setup for each user on a server to another server. Instead of having to recreate each user share manually on the other server.Thanks.

I'm having a strange problem. I have a user who when they print any html email, the email header (to, from and subject) print fine but the body of the email does not print at all. Anyone has any ideas?
