Hi,
I know there was a thread for this earlier, but I have a client who wants to setup Https: for Sentinel, as well as the NICE Apps. I have done the apps configuration previously, but have not seen anything to say that Sentinel supports this. Does anyone know if it's even an option? Thanks.
Hi, it's a bit of a strange one. We had the base Logger then 4.1.11. This was working for months, then there was a Logger restart and this has happened ever since. I have applied 4.1.24 and the same issue occurs. I plan to install 4.1.25 but I suspect this will not resolve. I have...

If so, can you confirm if you require a separate CTI interface for each or can you simply add an additional Connection Manager and Observer Host?
I ask because I have two configured...

Normally on 8.x systems where you have dialler/regular integration you need to configure the dialler tie trunks to be ignored on the switch driver.
Not doing this results in the “long” call scenario...
Hi,
I have seen this behaviour before and it was caused by incorrect Audio Codec configuration on the IP trunk setup on the switch. We also had to mess about with the Far-End Network Region settings to get this working.
Do you have the Telephony Services Installation Guide? There is a...
