I've finaly solved the problem by redusing RAM frequency from 533 to 400 it sems flowless now.
What you recon caused the issue coul that be the MB then?

I think there was a mistake as you can see i said Kingmax
and it is supported
1024MB KINGMAX KINGMAX KLBD48F-A8KP4 Double side
is there anyway to test if its motherboard?

CPU: Pentium 4 3Ghz 800FSB 530J LGA775
MB: Gigabyte GA-8I915PC Duo
GFX: GeForce 128mb 6600GT Pci-E
OS: Windows Xp Pro SP2
Ram: Before used to be DDR 2 x 256mb elexir i think and now 2 x 512Mb Kingmax series MARS.

Hello guys,
I've just bought 2 modules of ddr2 ram 512mb each for my pc. the problem started when i plugged them in, the computer started to freeze after about 10 minutes of work.
So it runs at dual channel, if i run it at single so one module only it works fine.
I tried both modules by them...
