Thanks for the quick response. I recently upgraded my PC from Windows ME to XP Pro. The problem with Outlook Express occurred after the upgrade, so I am not sure if the System Restore could really do anything about that.

I have had the same problem as Rosco did, attempted to resolve the issue in the manner suggested by linney. I am not sure what I did wrong because Outlook Express still does not work properly. If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
