Non-Admin user trying to create a PGPdisk
WinXP and PGPv8.0.2 Is it the case that only admin user's can create PGPdisks? I can't create a PGPdisk as a normal user, even though I've changed local security policies for 'devices: allowed to format and eject removeable media' from 'admin' only to 'admin and interactive users'.
